
This is a FREE 6-week program designed for people who are living with and/or have been affected by cancer.
The workshop gives you the skills, resources and confidence to better coordinate all the things needed to manage your health, as well as to help you stay active in your life and relationships. This workshop helps you to achieve your best health and wellness and a greater sense of control over life with cancer.
Participants in this workshop will receive a helpful chronic conditions Self-Management Program resource guide book.
Family members & Caregivers are also welcome. Anyone can register for this workshop.
